We value your questions and feedback, but the best way to truly connect with John for fan mail/appreciation or specific tactical questions is through Patreon. While Warrior Poet Society strives to respond to all messages, we are committed to producing quality content, providing expert training, and maintaining John’s hair.
We’ve recently upgraded our support software, so the best way to contact us is through the blue chat widget at the bottom right. After this, our customer support team should respond to your inquiry within 48 Hours of receiving it. Our goal is to reach your inquiry as soon as possible, so please submit one ticket per subject. We strongly advise to not submit multiple tickets on the same topic as this will likely push your ticket back in the queue.

If you’d like to know when WPS is training in your city/state, please note that scheduling in an area is dependent on demand. Stay tuned for schedule updates on WPS social channels and find more information on the Training page.
If you've ordered a training class, please make sure you’re opted in to receive training emails from us so our confirmation and information emails regarding the class can reach you.
If you’re looking for a status update on your War Belt order, please allow 2-4 weeks from the purchase date for order processing, creation, and fulfillment. War Belts are made-to-order, as listed on the product descriptions. A tracking number will be provided as soon as it is shipped.
Orders with multiple items may be sent in separate shipments depending on availability.
