Pistol Concealed Carry Training Courses

PISTOL 1

This 1 day course lays the foundation for all future pistol training. Safety, range etiquette, clearing, loading, equipment, fundamentals of fire, drawstroke, clearing stoppages, common mistakes, and warrior mindset are the main subjects tackled in this essential course. Though this training is designed for beginners, the subject matter and technique allows students to build realistic skills that can survive the test of stress and small time constraints.

PISTOL 2

This 1 day course begins with a review of safety protocols and an audit of each individual’s shooting fundamentals and basic skill sets (draw stroke, reloads, etc). During this course, students will learn use of cover/concealment, concealed carry considerations, fighter mindset, and movement. Prior training is required to be eligible to attend this course.

PISTOL 3

This 1 day course is all about moving, shooting, and thinking under stress. Students are expected to have previously gained unconscious competency in their fundamentals of fire and basic skill sets. Topics covered include, but are not limited to: fighting from concealment, one-handed operation, movement, use of cover, integrating hand-to-hand combat, and integrating tactics in order to ‘fight smarter.’

Rifle Training Courses

RIFLE 1

This 1 day course lays the foundation for all future rifle training. Safety, range etiquette, weapon operation, accessories, fundamentals of fire, shooting/ready positions, rapid target acquisition, target transitions, clearing of stoppages, rapid fire, and warrior mindset are the main subjects tackled in this essential course. Though this training is designed for beginners, the subject matter and technique allows students to build realistic skills that can survive the test of stress and small time constraints.

RIFLE 2

This 1 day course begins with a review of safety protocols and an audit of each individual’s shooting fundamentals. During this course, students will be introduced to movement, use of cover and/or concealment, alternate body positions, scenario based stress fires, fighter mindset, and more. This course requires prior training equivalent to Rifle 1.

RIFLE 3

This 1 day course combines prior skills taught in Rifle 1 and Rifle 2 courses with active problem solving. Students will be challenged in multiple range evolutions both individually and in groups. Rifle 3 brings the gun and the fun together in one place. Expect more movement and positional changes, but this doesn't mean you need to be a Crossfit enthusiast - this class is for anybody who meets the pre-reqs and can be completed at the individual's own pace. Come with an open mind and full mags, because it's action-packed and a real blast.

Specialty Training Courses

TEAM ROOM CLEARING

This 2-day course designed to teach you the foundational principles of fighting inside of buildings and structures as a 2-4 man element. Our former special operations instructors will distill down hallway movement and room clearing techniques in a manner that will apply across various operational environments, making the information contextually relevant for the average citizen who wants to expand their self defense tactics to incorporate working in a team.

ONE MAN ROOM CLEARING

This is high-stakes chess and the unforgiving game of angles. Here, pistol/rifle skills graduate into something far more important: tactics. This class is a mix between classroom time, drills, force-on-target, and force-on-force exercises. The course will review different types of clearing methods and display the various tactics that make them successful. For single-man clearing outside of an active shooter scenario, we will major on more deliberate clearing methods.

Ammo

We recommend anywhere from 300-500 rounds per class. However you have the option to shoot less of your ammo in class and still learn the course. After any drill has been performed in class you may dry fire or shoot less rounds at the firing line, while still receiving the same level of personal attention and course credit.

You may shoot reloaded ammo (at your own risk) or steel case. You MAY NOT shoot any steel penetrating core, i.e. NATO green tip.
