Warrior Poet Society Pistol 2 Training Course Overview
This 1 day course begins with a review of safety protocols and an audit of each individual’s shooting fundamentals and basic skill sets (draw stroke, reloads, etc). During this course, students will learn use of cover/concealment, concealed carry considerations, fighter mindset, and movement. Prior training is required to be eligible to attend this course.
Class will be led by one of the following WPS Instructors: Paul Perkerson / John Lovell / Josh Kent
Who Can Attend?
- All U.S citizens ages 18 and up that are legally allowed to own/purchase/possess a firearm. Minors are not permitted.
- Those who have completed 'Pistol 1' with Warrior Poet Society or equivalent training
What Do You Need?
- A quality semi-automatic pistol - (Until further notice SIG P320 or SIG P320 variations are not allowed)
- A kydex-type holster affording trigger guard coverage
- 5 magazines (fully loaded upon arrival) with at least 1 magazine holster
- 500 rounds of ammunition
- Ear and Eye protection
Recommended (not required):
- Sunscreen/ bugspray
- Lots of water/snacks
- Clothing and Headwear suitable for crappy weather
- Blade-Tech Accessories
- Battle Gnome Belt Loadout
- John's War Belt Loadout
- Note taking material
- Vertx Clothing/Accessories
- Knee Pads
Training Course Cancellation, Refund, & Exchange Policy
Cancellations, refunds, and exchanges for training courses are subject to the following terms:
More than 90 days before the event: Fully refundable.
30–90 days before the event: 50% refund or 100% credit valid for one year toward future training.
Within 30 days of the event: No refunds, rescheduling, or credits will be issued.
In the rare event that Warrior Poet Society cancels an event, registrants will receive a 100% refund.
Ammo Policy
You may shoot reloaded ammo (at your own risk) or steel case (except at Dalton, GA courses, which are BRASS ONLY). You MAY NOT shoot any steel penetrating core, i.e. NATO green tip.
