The new WPS Belt Mounted Medical Kit is the most recent product release from John Lovell and Warrior Poet Society Manufacturing. A sleek, innovative design that allows maximum storage with minimal space. Designed and built to do what other IFAK designs can't.
John designed this med kit to address a problem that the industry hasn't seemed to answer yet. Most belt-mounted med kits don't have room for trauma shears, and if they do, it tends to add a ridiculous amount of unnecessary bulk.
The WPS IFAK has a designated trauma shears compartment that doubles as a quick deployment pull-tab, giving you instant (and ambidextrous) access to supplies. Just reach down and give the shears a rip, and you're ready to administer life-saving aid.
Velcro retention straps allow you to adjust the kit to accommodate a variety of medical supplies while keeping things snug.

WPS Belt IFAK
I recently purchased the WPS belt IFAK and was pleasantly surprised by it's robust construction and low profile. I was able to mount it on my plate carrier with no problem and have found it to be a fantastic addition to my kit. Great job WPS!

Amazing product for a battle belt. I was looking at many for a long time. After close comparison this product was the best out if many purchases. Trust me, this the one to get.
Light & Useful
I like it so far. Only worn it on my EDC belt so take that. Its a little hard to get the retension just right but thats my only complaint.

Best and most innovative IFAK on the market
If you’re like me you’ve been trying to figure out the best place to mount trauma shears on your battle rig. Nothing works right! In comes the WPS IFAK. This thing is perfect. Let’s face it, you’re waaaaaay more likely to need a med kit, than you ever will a gun. So it’s better to have the best IFAK you can get. This kit really checks all the boxes. I originally bought the Blueforce belt mounted kit and it was decent, but man was it hard to get out of my belt quickly. The stretch material and velcro just never wanted to give up goods, no matter how I packed the contents. Plus I needed a separate belt holder for my tourniquet and yet another holder for the scissors. What a PITA! With the WPS IFAK all I have to do is pull out the kit by the scissors and then pull out the tourniquet. Both come out quickly as you can adjust the velcro tension for the IFAK. Super fast and effective!! Thus is exactly what you want in an emergency situation. And as an added bonus, the IFAK has more internal room than the Blueforce, which makes it far easier to load the med kit into. This makes it easy to check the expiration dates and keep it updated. I was able to easily load the full contents of my Blueforce IFAK into it. The Ranger (John) really knocked it out of the park with this one. First piece of kit that I have been excited about in years. And no this isn’t a paid review. I’m just a dumb redneck from the northeast Georgia mountains. But I’m a redneck with some great bandaids. So if you’ve read this far, blessings to you and yours. Buy this IFAK. You won’t regret it.
