The diminutive buckle allows versatile placement—front center, left hip, or discreetly near the back curve. Despite its size, it remains remarkably comfortable. The new push-button trigger ensures quick and easy release, providing security only when you choose. Plus, it comes shipped in a camo travel bag branded with WPS.

WPS Supreme Appendix EDC Belt: Best Belt for Appendix Carry

The Supreme Appendix Belt by Nexbelt couples a rugged ratcheting buckle design with a heavy-duty strap to make one of the most reliable EDC belts on the market.

Nexbelt didn’t cut any corners with this design. The ratcheting buckle makes it easy to quickly and discretely make adjustments while transitioning between seated and standing positions. While pin buckles offer only 1” adjustment increments, Nexbelt’s PreciseFit allows for ¼” adjustments. That means whether you’re adjusting for a holster or the 3-course meal you just finished, the ratcheting system makes it fast and simple to find your comfort level.

The buckle also has Allen head stainless steel screws replacing the pins for a stronger buckle design. Pair that with a high-density microfiber nylon strap and you’ll have no issue carrying IWB or OWB. Nexbelt engineered this belt specifically for carrying a firearm. By making the smallest buckle out there, it frees up precious space in front for your blaster and extra magazines. Its diminutive buckle is sized 1 1/2 x 1 11/16″ and can be worn front center, left/right hip, or hidden near the curve of the back.

There’s also no need to worry about ordering the right size when checking out. The Supreme Appendix also comes in other colors and uses Nexbelt’s patented sizing system, meaning each belt can be cut to fit any size up to a 50″ waist. You won’t have to stare at a sizing chart or concern yourself with returning the wrong size order. This is a product that Warrior Poet Society is proud to have our name on.

Supreme Appendix Gun Belt FAQ's

  1. How long until my belt ships out? 1-2 weeks.
  2. What is the difference between Titan and Supreme Appendix Nexbelts? The buckle and design of the strap are different.
  3. What's the difference between an appendix gun belt and a regular belt? This appendix gun belt features a slimmer profile buckle that can be easily moved out of the way of your appendix-concealed weapon system for a more comfortable carry with less interference. Additonally, the appendix gun belt features a more rigid nylon strap that will support a concealed weapon without deforming and losing it's structure, allowing you to keep your CCW exactly where it's supposed to be.
  4. What are the Supreme Appendix Carry Gun Belt special features? Beyond the slim profile buckle that allows for improved concealment, the Nexbelt Supreme Appendix Carry Gun Belt features a patented ratchet technology that allows the belt size to be quickly and easily adjusted on the fly, whether you need it tighter or looser.
  5. What are the benefits of nylon belts for appendix carry? Nylon belts offer an appopriate level of structure and rigidity that is required for safely concealing a firearm while also keeping it in place with proper retention. Nylon is rugged and will stand up to abuse, while also offering a level of comfort and flexibility where you need it.
  6. Are there any disadvantages to nylon for an appendix carry gun belt? Some critics of nylon being used as a gun belt claim that the appearance of a nylon belt will stand out from a regular belt in ordrinary scenarios (rather than at the range), and could therefore give away a tactical edge. However, the nylon used in the Supreme Appendix gun belt is designed to appear traditionally and insconspicuously, allowing you to retain your "grey man" status.

Sizing Instructions:

  • Turn the belt to the backside and use our scaling system to find your pant size. (US PAT. Number 10,966,489 B2)
  • Add 2” to your pant size, and using scissors, cut along the dotted line.

Note: We recommend that you add 3 - 4 inches to your pant size before cutting. You can always trim farther down if needed

Finding Your Fit

Traditional belts rely on holes spaced 1 inch apart, limiting size adjustments. In contrast, a ratchet belt secures by locking into the teeth of the belt, offering finer adjustments and accommodating "in-between" sizes. For a Nexbelt Ratchet belt, the process involves:

Find your pant size
- Add a couple of inches and then cut.
- Insert the strap into the buckle clasp.

Why It Matters For Finding the Perfect Belt

Over the years, established norms dictate how belts should be worn based on gender and dominant hand. Understanding the appropriate way to wear a belt can guide you in selecting the ideal belt and buckle for your specific needs.

Ratchet Belts

A Ratchet Belt is a balet that does not have any belt holes and uses a ratchet system, where the belt will lock into place by using the inside of the buckle. These belts often stay in place by using a latch inside the buckle that will lock onto the teeth of a belt. It also allows you to change your belt's size to a more accurate size than a traditional belt through belt holes.

Don't go back to a Cobra Buckle

Solves all the common problems with a statically set belt. Eat too much at Thanksgiving? - Adjust it while wearing it. On the verge of needing a pitstop on a road trip, but not enough to justify the stop? - Adjust it while wearing it. Carry a different size/setup? - Adjust it while wearing it. Want something that is cut to fit because you are a little anatomically atypical? - Adjust it to any size during setup. Quality build and materials, easy to set up and is comfortable.

    Best Belt Ever

I'm really happy to report that this belt is really comfortable. I wasn't expecting that. It looks great and super easy to adjust. I wear a 34-35 inch pant but kut this belt at 44. The single button release works perfect. Highly recommend. Thanks for a great product.

    AWESOME and WORTH IT!~

I have worn heavy leather belts for years, and while good they are nowhere near the perfection of this belt. I now wear this belt every day and with or without my CCW (I can't carry at work in the hospital), and absolutely cannot recommend this more. It is so comfortable and stylish and just built to last! A few dollars more and worth every penny!

    WPS belt

This belt solves so many issues it would be difficult to attempt to name all of them. If you don't have one, get one and you will see for yourself. I do wish the WPS logo was larger and centered however. But that is just a personal thing and has no effect on how great this belt works. Holds full sized 1911 plus double mag pouch firmly with no sag.

    Worth EVERY Penny!

I've been carrying G19 for at least 10yrs. When I first started I just bought a 5.11 tactical trainer belt at the gun store. It worked, but sure there are way better belts. Then I got a little fatter, so I bought a larger one cause I didn't have time to research. Fast forward to this belt I've had for 2 weeks... it's GREAT! I don't carry appendix, as I'm a little fat, I carry 3 o'clock. I keep my extra horizontal mag in appendix location though. I can leave my belt loose and because it's rigid both my holster and extra mag are clamped on much more securely. And because the buckle is nice and small it's not in the way and leaves room for extra mag holder, so I can reach it with either hand. Within 1 hr of wearing I could tell it's much more comfortable then what I had. A regular belt WILL NOT DO. This one is GREAT, and quick adjustment could not be easier. BUY ONE and you will be happy, I promise! I bought the Warrior Poet Society version from John Lovell for his great videos and free knowledge and training tips.

    WPS Supreme Appendix Belt

I've never liked belts, and I've also had lower back issues when wearing them, while sitting in chair. (From previous lower back injuries) Well this is so thin and light, that it's not pushing into my back as much when I sit for one. But also this belt is very comfy, lightweight.... doesn't feel like I'm wearing it when moving around. This is due to the light weight, rigidnness plus ratchet system. You can tighten it to the perfect feeling fit with ease and fast throughout the day as you sit, stand, pig out on food. But there's more lol... The material in real life looks very sharp, and clean, and just high quality. Funtion and looks! PS. You know when you put a belt on, and the end of the strap can be annoying and bend out and look bad or kind of be in the way? There is a strong pre bent part that on the end, so when you slide it through and tighten, it always stays very tight and strong against it self. Which looks amazing and I can even clip a flashlight or something over that part cause it's so tight against itself, not only does it always look clean there but the material is so thin you can attach things right on that even.(which is crazy cause it's so stiff for who thin...btw it's not overly stiff, it's nice. ) I know I take a lot about that part, but that was one of the annoying things about belts for me before I found this. I'm ordering up all the colors they have, cause i know I'll wear these and will last for years
